This time I was in the cafe located Pecenongan area. This cafe a favorite for many people caused by a very strategic position. TNC Café offers a different atmosphere with other places. I am glad indulged himself with a comfortable couch to relax on while sipping a glass of the or coffee while reading a book.

Light of life

Lighting is one aspect to make a great atmosphere at house even or café. Smooth lighting make people who came to that place feel comfortable. More colorfully and it’s really like a rainbow appear after the rain. I have my favorite café that have a beautifully rope light. They really know how to make that place more cozy and interesting. It’s really simple but totally different when you put it at the right place.
They make a beautiful word from rope lights and butterfly from it too. Not just the entrance to the hall to the cafe is decorated with colors that create a romantic atmosphere. It’s make a great inspiration to me if I would make a great café with a good ambience.
Rope lighting make a great inspiration for me, and I would try to implemented at my house. I think is really great idea if I use it for Christmas day but it still long time so I have create a great concept of it.

Sambara: Great Atmosphere Sundanese Cuisine

No doubt, Sunda cuisine is more popular from day to day. Simple but really inspiring. I try to go eat at one place that called SAMBARA. When I arrived at this place, I feel a great atmosphere that I never found at another Sundanese restaurant. Traditional but combine with modern style and I can see so many traditional ornament that a trade mark of Sundanese.
Lets I told you what I order for this great day, I order Gurame Fish with sour spicy sauce. It’s one of my favorite food that I always order when I go to Sundanese restaurant. And The one that make me quite interesting is honey grilled chicken. And of course there is one of a trademark of sundanese cuisine is lalapan and sauces. Lalapan is a vegetables that usually sundanese people eat such as lettuce,cucumber,carrot and so many kind of vegetable store in a coolbox so the freshness maintained.
What kind of sauce that I usually take ? There are several sauce such as sambal oncom ( it’s like a mushroom from soy bean fermented the taste so delicious ),sambal goreng ( it’s take a process and get fried ) , dadakan ( it mean make instantly when we order ).
I can imagine, I can eat whole food that I order. The waiters who seem me really shock. He doesn’t now the art of food. If you go to here, I think you can try the food that I have been order. See you at my next appetite journey.

Bunch of Luck

I have a friend who always go with me if I go travelling. Go to new place, try new food or anything else. We have some hobby and have a same taste at culinary. Today, he play to my house and tell me a little story that I make surprise. He got a lot of money and take me out for eat at expensive restaurant at hotel. Get out from the darkness

I wanna share a story that happen to my friend and I think we could learn from this story. He is really my best friend from we was kid till now,but when he move to California, we rarely contact each other. I’m really shocked when I hear he got drug addiction. I don’t believe it cause I know he never use about that. He got frustrated when he split up with his girlfriend. He got depressed and he can’t control his mind and he try drug. That so frustrated and I know it’s not good solution use a drug to forget about this problem. I suggest him to go to Passages Malibu. I know it’s not too far from where he stay now and it’s a really great place to help him to cure that addiction.
I know that place is really famous and trustable cause so many celebrity go to there too. Maybe we still remember about Steven Tyler who have a painkiller addiction. Finally he got cure and free from that addiction and I know he got at treatment at there. I also read about Passage Malibu Reviews, that so many important things that I can learn at there. I also tell my friend how dangerous and can have a bad impact if he still like that.

Me and my girfriend is really like traveling and we like go eat and find a good place that have a special menu. When we try that food is delicious, believe or not my girlfriend is try how to make it. She really like cooking and she always serve me. Maybe I can tell I'm very lucky have a girlfriend like her. Everytime I go back from office, she always make a dinner for me, even when I got holiday, she always come to bring me some food. Very delicious cause I know she have additional ingredients on this food, with love. I think that’s why a taste so fantastic.

When I go to book store, I buy so many book about food or drinks. She like a book who give and tell about quick recipes. She want to learn how to serve a food maybe like main course or side dish but at little time. So many people don’t have enough time for make a dinner cause they busy for get work and another work at home. That’s why we always seen so many people buy food from outside or get delivery.

My girlfriend know if we buy food from outside, it waste our money. And the very most important is we can make a healthy food. We know what good for our body and we have a food variant. I really love when she make a fried rice with crab for me. It’s really delicious and she mix it with vegetable. Wow, she so creative. Right now, she learn about how to make a Chinese food cause both of us like it. I know cooking is a part of her life, I have a planning to make it a restaurant. She can improve her skill and make a great business. I really lucky having you,honey. Love you

Rum Raisin at Dapur Eyang

Dapur Eyang is one of my favorite place for hangout or even just for relax when I'm at Bandung. Bandung is really romantic city with a great view and good atmosphere. Sometimes we just buy some drink and snack at there, but there is one my favorite menu that you should try if you go there. Rum Raisin ice cream, that what you have to try if you go at there. It's quite cheap just for Rp.10,000,- ( it's about $ 1,2 ) you can get this delicious ice cream. I think you can eat this with your girlfriend and it give more tasty and delicious.
Cheap price with great taste, I suggest you will not regret try it.

Different than others

My car is like my second home from me. Everyday I take my car to go everywhere,that's why I called like my second home. I really like to custom my car become unique. I buy this chevy one year ago and I really love this car. I have buy so many chevy accessories to pimp my lovely ride. I always save my money for make my car more wonderful.

Maybe people seem weird what I do but like at we as usual, we buy some new cloth and watch, hat, accessories to make a different style. That’s what I explain to all my friend what I like to custom my car and make it unique. It’s like my girlfriend, I buy it new dress with a nice looking, new earring with vintage style. It’s not different right ?
The first modification and that I have been buy and try is make a lambo door. It’s really cool you can open your car door different that others. If you go to campus, the girls must be interested and they want to know who are you exactly. That make a good impression and make so charming. I implanted chevy body kits to make my ride more hot. I forget to tell you, I really red color, it’s look so freaking awesome. And you can imagine red color with lambo doors and new body kit. It’s really like sport car and with a new exhaust system make so confident when I go everywhere. Sporty and trendy, that’s what kind image people thinks about my car. My sister always want to borrow my car to campus to show it to her friend and take it for travelling or hang out. It’s time for me to go to pick up my girlfriend and go dinner at my favorite café.

Kampus at Menara Imperium

Tonight, I want to go to some place that called Kampus. Kampus is offers so many different place such as club,lounge, karaoke spot and a dinning. It located at 35th Menara Imperium at Kuningan,South Jakarta.
I'll try a food that my friend tells me if I eat at here, I must order Extreme Chili Prawn. Yups, it's really hot but very delicious. I like the atmosphere at here at night. It's really romantic cause I can look city at the top building. I must take my girlfriend next week and she must be loving it.
Well,this place is really cool and freaking awesome. You should try it don't forget not go alone.

Taste of Healthy Food

Everyday my lovely wife always make a delicious and healthy food for me. When I go back work, she must be cooking and serve all in the dining room. I really love her, she really care about me of course about our health. What we eat is what we got that’s my motto. If we go eat outside sometimes, we doubt about what flavor that put inside a food is a good or bad. My wife buy a wholesale sea salt for cooking cause she know that really good to our body. It’s not change a taste of food that she cooked but it’s more healthy for our body.
Low sodium sea salt is really great and is safe cause I want to prevent from a hypertension. Many people got sick cause they didn’t realize what that’s dangerous and have a bad impact for our body. I see my friend parents who got hypertension is really hard to doing activity. From that experience, I know to have a healthy body is really important and we have to change a bad habit in this case about eat. I think my wife is really genius and always update about health information,that why she use sodium salts in every food she cooked. Well,it’s a dinner time and got to go.

Mango Fruit

This fried rice had existed since the year '62 (old walnuts still on the road), where Mr. Sandi,the owner's young and still pushing his own cart of fried rice from his home in Pasirkoja areas. Since had the fried rice was burned over charcoal stove was always busy buyer, because it tastes good and makes full fitting portion.

Nah sekarang saya ingin berbagi cerita tentang salah satu makanan khas Jawa Barat yaitu Nasi Liwet. Kalo mungkin kita biasanya makan nasi uduk,nasi putih yang sudah ada rasanya, nah begitu juga dengan nasi liwet. Dalam proses pembuatannya, nasi liwet ini diberikan daun salam,sirih,bawang merah,garam dan bumbu-bumbu yang lainnya. Jadi tidak heran kenapa nasi ini rasanya sangat gurih dan nikmat.
Mengenai makanan apa yang cocok dengan nasi liwet,paling cocok adalah ikan asin dan sambel terasi. Tidak lupa sayur asem,tahu dan tempe goreng serta lalapan seperti timun dan daun kemangi. Nah jangan kaget kalo anda melihat orang makan nasi liwet sangat lahap,apalagi di udara yang dingin dan musim dingin ini. Cepat lapar dan sangat cocok sekali.Nanti saya akan share makanan-makanan khas lainnya.

Bubur Ayam Cianjur

Dimasa-masa musim hujan,memang menyantap bubur pada sore atau malam hari sangatlah cocok. Rasa panasnya bisa membuat hangat badan dan perut kita.hahahaha...Sudah lama saya tidak main ke Puncak tidak ada salahnya saya berkunjung ke Cianjur. Kota yang hanya berjarak 19km dari puncak itu mempunyai tempat wisata kuliner yang beragam. Kali ini saya langsung menuju bubur ayam sampurna. Bubur yang dibuka mulai jam 5 sore ini memang sangat terkenal dari dulu,bahkan sempat dikunjungi oleh Pak Bondan. Jujur,sudah hampir 5 tahun saya tidak makan bubur ini,dan saya perlu merefresh ingatan saya akan rasa makanan ini. Jarak antara Bandung,Cianjur,Sukabumi dan Jakarta yang saya bilang cukup dekat, ternyata mempunyai rasa dan tampilan yang berbeda.
Bubur Cianjur mempunyai sebuah ciri khas, kerupuk kuning merah,emping,kacang kedelai,ayam suir-suir,pepes dan sambelnya yang berwarna hijau. Rasanya yang enak karena perpaduan kerupuk dengan pepes,kemudian kerenyahan kacang kedelainya membuat rasanya mantap. Apalagi jika anda suka,anda bisa tambah dengan sate usus ayam. Maknyusss...Jangan lupa,setelah itu segelas teh hangat membuat rasanya menjadi sempurna. Nikmat bukan ?? Jangan lupa jika singgah ke Cianjur,silahkan mencicipi bubur ayam disini.
